Make no mistake that Mr. Davis's motto stands correct. I needed a legal eagle and called the bald eagle. While I've never found myself in trouble with the law, unfortunately I needed an experienced and aggressive attorney. First mistake I made was NOT calling Mr Davis first. The first 2 tool my money and essentially ran. Yes they were present in court but had no experience or determination. The best choice and fortunately it wasnt too late was to have retained Mr. Davis. From the initial consultation I was very confident with him and was reassured that I wasnt going to be taken to the cleaners well atleast not without a fight. Words are words but actions speak clearly. I'm more than 100 percent confident with Mr davis, his education and experience to have handled my domestic situation and divorce. More so his retainer and hourly rate was very fair. There are many times when a client needs to reach out to their attorney and have questions answered or information discussed. The greatest feeling was knowing he was paying attention and always made getting back to me important. Again, from the prior attorney's handling the same cases I couldn't get a reply within a week. Mr davis was very attentive and prompt. If you want aggressive and honest representation, you need to call the bald eagle. I am extremely satisfied with my results and highly highly recommend Mr davis

Attorney Mark Davis assisted my brother in an unfortunate case requiring a legal battle to retain his home. Throughout the craziness of the pandemic compounded by abuse at the hands of a now ex-girlfriend, Mark was steadfast in his resolve not only to win the case through mediation, but he also provided much needed hope and peace of mind for my brother. Never have I worked with an attorney with so much attention to detail. Mr. Davis has been the only legal counsel I've witnessed that actually stands up for his client. He went to great lengths to research information on this case, and has been tenacious in defending my good friend who was wrongfully accused. Both his attitude and competence are amazing. Absolutely incredible! Not only with be fight for you to the nail, but he has made every step of the way a complete breeze. He’s one of few that really LOVES what he does and it shows! Mark Davis is a Great Lawyer. Mark has taken my phone calls at all hours. Mark is very knowledgeable as well as prompt in following up on anything I had requested information on. Mark Davis was an amazing attorney he helped me with anything I did not understand and really knew his stuff. I owe him much more than the money he charged and I will continue to use the bald eagle from here on out. His presence in the court room alone was felt by more than the judge and prosecution.
